Oduor was reported missing April 4, after a night out in the Fells Point area with a friend. Footage from The Horse You Came In On Saloon shows Oduor stumbling along Thames Street at around 2:15 a.m. while dressed in a blue sweatshirt and tan-colored hat. He was last seen by a security camera at Kneads Bakery on Fleet Street in Harbor East at 3:57 that morning, his girlfriend, Emily Costa said in an interview with the AFRO

Costa said it was โ€œvery unusualโ€ behavior for Oduor as he knew the city well and had been living here for five years.

Costa shared that Oduor was an avid runner, which helped him build community in Baltimore during his time here.

โ€œHe’s impacted a lot of people in his life,โ€ said Costa.

The investigation is still ongoing.
