Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford and First Lady Yumi Hogan Attend Mural Dedication At Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford and First Lady Yumi Hogan joined Governor’s Office of Community Initiatives Executive Director Steve MacAdams, Arthur “Squeaky” Kirk, community members, and students from Lockerman Bundy Elementary School to unveil a new mural painted by artist Candace Brush at the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center in West Baltimore.

The Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center opened in June, with support from both public and private funding sources. The Governor’s Office of Community Initiatives provided computers, iPads, and furniture for the facility.
