Cardin to Mark Latest Success of “Maryland Home Makeover” Program

Senator to join Partnership for Housing Foundation in unveiling new home for Essex family that faces extreme challenges     

Tuesday, August 12 at 10:30AM, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.) will participate in the ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony in Essex for the latest project of the Partnership for Housing Foundation’s transformative “Maryland Home Makeover” program. 

“A Maryland family that faces incredible challenges every day is getting some remarkable help from the ‘Maryland Home Makeover’ program,” said Senator Cardin. “With the tremendous support of an army of volunteers, generous sponsors and talented professionals, the Partnership for Housing Foundation is about to make a profound difference in the life of a family that has given so much to our community despite its own personal challenges and hardships. This is Marylanders helping Marylanders at its finest.”
