Comptroller Franchot to Participate in a Summer Tradition: Attending Big Glen Burnie Carnival

WHAT:          Comptroller Peter Franchot will head out to the Big Glen Burnie Carnival this evening to stroll the grounds meeting carnival goers. The annual summer event is in its 108^th year and features more than 20 amusement rides for children and adults, games and food. As they have for many years, the Wengert family once again will offer their traditional, homemade Neapolitan ice cream bars with a waffle wafer. The carnival is put on by the Glen Burnie Improvement Association.
