Comptroller Franchot to Participate in Inaugural Lansdowne-Riverview Opening Day Parade
WHO: Comptroller Peter Franchot
WHAT: Comptroller Franchot will participate in the inaugural Lansdowne-Riverview Opening Day Parade this morning. The parade, hosted by the Lansdowne Riverview Recreational Council, begins at Riverview Elementary School and heads up Hollins Ferry Road to Lansdowne High School. Comptroller Franchot will be walking with members of the community’s special-needs Little League Baseball team.
Following the parade, the Comptroller will provide remarks to community members and children participating in area recreational activities.
