Cardin to Deliver Keynote Address to Maryland Space Business Roundtable
TODAY, MONDAY, MAY 15 at 12:00 PM, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.) will deliver the keynote address at the monthly luncheon of the Maryland Space Business Roundtable, a non-profit organization for aerospace and technology businesses, universities and individuals that share a mutual interest in promoting a robust space community. Senator Cardin will underscore the considerable importance to Maryland’s economy of programs and research related to technological innovation, climate change research and space exploration, and discuss the dire implications of proposed federal budget cuts to future investments in these fields.
