Cardin to Explore Innovative Approaches to Family Health Care at Greater Baltimore Medical Center
Senator to tour GBMC’s updated Family Care Associates facility, discuss future of patient-centered care with those on front lines of modern health care delivery
Monday, November 30 at 10:15 AM, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.) will join the leadership and employees of the Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) HealthCare system for a tour of the recently updated Family Care Associates facility and conversation on the continued evolution of the Affordable Care Act and U.S. health care system.
“This meeting is an important part of my ongoing efforts to ensure that the Affordable Care Act continually evolves to best meet the needs of Maryland communities,” said Senator Cardin. “Based on my ongoing conversations with medical practitioners and the residents they serve, I have and will continue to shape legislative proposals designed to ensure that all Marylanders are able to receive first-class medical and dental care.”
