Cardin to Host Town Hall Meeting with Residents at Roland Park Place

Monday, November 30 at 1:30 PM, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.) will join the residents and leadership of Roland Park Place, the only full-service, accredited nonprofit retirement community in Baltimore, for a town hall-style meeting. Senator Cardin will provide a wide-ranging legislative update, including in-depth analysis of recent developments affecting the Affordable Care Act, Medicare and Social Security, before answering questions from residents.

โ€œThe political process in Washington can have major effects on Marylandโ€™s seniors, so I always work to remain engaged in issues that could potentially impact them,โ€ said Senator Cardin. โ€œThe residents at Roland Park Place include many astute political observers, and I greatly appreciate the chance to trade perspectives with them on issues around Baltimore โ€“ and the world.โ€
