Mayor Scott swears in members of Baltimore’s newly formed Community Reinvestment and Reparations Commission

Scott has sworn in nine members of the newly formed Community Reinvestment and Reparations Commission for Baltimore City, which will be tasked with determining the use of cannabis tax revenues and directing the expenditure of funding to community-based organizations for services and programs.
