The inaugural Driving the Narrative Charity Golf Event, hosted by Dr. Vonnya Pettigrew with celebrity guest and PGA professional Maulana Dotch, will raise funds for Root Branch Arts and Outreach Institute’s media education programs. The Aug. 24 event aims to expand opportunities for underserved youth while celebrating leadership, authentic storytelling and community empowerment.
