The Supreme Court upheld a federal law banning TikTok beginning Jan. 19 unless it is sold by its China-based parent company, citing national security concerns, while President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to negotiate a solution and the administration of President Joe Biden has signaled it won’t enforce the law.
