The start of the 2016 Labor Day Capital Concert, an annual concert that is located on the west lawn of the U.S. Capital, will be held on Sept. 4 at 8 p.m. Gates are scheduled to open at 3 p.m. for an open rehearsal at 3:30 p.m. The concert is free of charge and has an approximate run time of two hours.
