Tomorrow at 10:00 am: Van Hollen, Cummings, Ruppersberger, Sarbanes to Hold Day of Action for Gun Violence Prevention

Gun violence survivors, faith and community leaders, gun safety advocates to push for action on common sense gun safety measures

Washington, DC – Maryland Congressman Chris Van Hollen will join Congressmen Elijah Cummings, Dutch Ruppersberger, and John Sarbanes, as well as gun violence survivors, gun violence prevention advocates, and local faith and community leaders on tomorrow, June 29, 2016 at 10:00 am to push for action on gun safety.

Following last week’s sit-in on the House floor calling on Speaker Ryan to hold a vote on common sense gun safety measures, this day of action will keep the pressure on Republican leadership to listen to the vast majority of Americans who support action to make our communities safer.
