Former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley chastised the Obama administration’s energy policy in reference to offshore drilling in a New York Times editorial yesterday, another indicator suggesting O’Malley is eyeing a run for the White House in 2016. We’ll explore the likelihood of “O’Malley 2016.” And today Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby officially announced the second indictment of Michael Maurice Johnson in the murder of North Carolina teen Phylicia Barnes.
