It’s been a memorable week capped off by President Obama’s stirring eulogy of Pastor and State Senator Clementa Pinkney earlier today in South Carolina, in wake of last week’s massacre of, “The Emmanuel Nine.” Locally, Governor Hogan gave the “thumbs up,” for the Purple Line in the Washington suburbs and the “thumbs down,” for the Red Line in Baltimore.
