With 163 homicides and counting in 2015, Baltimore’s law enforcement leaders have announced a new strategy, allegedly connecting various agencies to combat the spike in murders. To some it sounds like a re-packaging of failed policing policies. We’ll discuss an analyze the new plan with law enforcement experts. Plus, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker  becomes the 15th official GOP candidate for president in 2016 and Donald Trump turns up what many believe is his xenophobic immigration rhetoric and seems to have ignited a faction of the Republican Party.
