Baltimore is reeling from 43 homicides in May, which made last month the deadliest in the city in the last 40 years. And the vast majority of those murder victims were Black. Tonight we discuss the “Black Lives Matter,” movement. Should it become more comprehensive to include all Black lives rather than just those killed by law enforcement? We’ll ask our panel of experts.
