We’ll discuss the legacy and ongoing effect of this country’s bloody history of terror against Black Americans. Plus, House Bill 222 introduced this week in the Maryland General Assembly, calls for tougher sanctions against heroin distributors and dealers connected to overdose deaths in Maryland.
