Cardin in Baltimore to Deliver Major Foreign Policy Address
TODAY – Wednesday, May 4 at 6:00 PM, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.), Ranking Member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, will deliver a major address on U.S. foreign policy to the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs (BCFA). Senator Cardin will assess some of our nation’s recent accomplishments and challenges, and look ahead to future threats and opportunities.
