The Baltimore City Council passed two bills Monday; one that requires all of the city’s police officers to wear body cameras and another banning  plastic grocery bags, both of which Mayor Stephanie Rawlings Blake says she will veto. We’ll talk Baltimore politics with the Baltimore AFRO‘s Roberto Alejandro and Fox 45 investigative producer Stephen Janis.

And outgoing D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray recently rejected a plea deal from federal prosecutors connected to the ongoing investigation into his 2010 mayoral campaign.
