Two men have been charged in the robbery and fatal stabbing of a 67-year-old man at a bus stop early Sunday morning said Baltimore Police.

Kenneth Smith, 61, of Baltimore and Brelan Handy, 27, of the 2600 block of Woodhill Drive, Glen Burnie, are both charged with first and second degree murder in the killing of Paul Behler.

Behler last known address was at the homeless shelter located in the 400 block of Fallsway. Police have yet to reach Behler’s family.

The incident was captured on surveillance video and shows two suspects rob and stab Behler and then fled on foot.

Police found the two suspects walking in the 300 block of N. Howard Street shortly after the incident. Officers stopped both men without incident and found blood on their clothes and Smith was in possession of a bloody knife.

Both Handy and Smith are being held without bail at Baltimore City Central Booking. An attorney for Smith could not immediately be reached Monday. No attorney is listed for Handy in online court records.

Police is asking anyone with information that will lead to next of kin to Behler to call 410-396-2100.
