Dumfries, Va.—The Washington Woodbridge Senior High School Army JROTC Color Guard will present the Colors for the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act. The presentation is hosted by the Prince William County Human Rights Commission and the Office of Elections. It will take place on Sept.26 at 5 p.m. at the Little Union Baptist Church, 17150 Mine Road. Special guest presenters include Rep. Gerald Connolly (D- Va.), Del.
