ABC is a Maryland-based organization that was established in 1985 to respond to the issues and disparities African Americans face in their communities. It is one of the few remaining African-American public foundations in the U.S. that is dedicated to help facilitate better life skills, environments and wellness in the Black community. Under the capable leadership of its president, Diane Bell McKoy, ABC continues to occupy an important role in addressing the quality of life needs of the Baltimore and other African American communities in the State of Maryland.
