The AFRO is proud to honor the workers of Baltimore City’s Department of Public Works (DPW) who make sure that Baltimore looks its best. This year, the publication honored four DPW workers, Michael Lucas (left), Victor Butts, Donald Comegys and Karen Aikens for their hard work as dedicated employees of the agency.
