Baltimore Police Officer Robert Parks is facing multiple charges after a viral video showed him attempting to hit a Black man with his car in Baltimore’s Park Heights neighborhood after a verbal altercation. Parks has been indicted on charges of second-degree attempted murder, first- and second-degree assault, reckless driving and misconduct in office as a result of the incident.
