Kobe Bryant, SpongeBob and Lil Wayne have all become Fatheads – vibrant, life-sized graphics sure to delight any fan.

Launched in 2005, Fathead is a unique brand of sports and entertainment graphics. The Detroit-based company transforms licensed images of sports teams, athletes, cartoon characters and music artists into immense, high definition wall displays. Customers can also create their own custom Fathead by submitting their pictures online, using nearly any image they see fit for a life-sized graphic.

In addition to wall graphics, the company also crafts sports memorabilia, custom furniture and Fathead skins.

Following rapper Lil Wayne’s release from prison on Nov. 4, company officials announced they were releasing the self-proclaimed “best-rapper alive” Fathead early due to millions of fans’ requests.

“We just kept getting bombarded by Weezy fans demanding that we release his Fathead immediately, so we caved in and his Fathead is officially free,” a Fathead spokesman said in a statement. “We even sent his Fathead along with a special code to say no hard feelings.”
