The Howard E. Rollins Foundation will host “An Evening with Howard” featuring the late star of stage and screen. The event will celebrate his work on the television show “In the Heat of the Night.” The celebration will take place Oct. 6, 8:00 p.m.-midnight, at the Temple Oheb Shalom, 7310 Park Heights Avenue, Pikesville, Maryland.
