The Greater Beulah Baptist Church, 6056 Central Avenue, is scheduled to host “The Gathering of Men” event on Aug. 22 from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. The event will include Domestic Violence advocate Christy Johnson, who will address domestic violence in the Prince George’s County community. The event is free and also welcomes women. State Senator for District 24 candidate Everett D. Browning will be a special guest.
