Courtesy Photo-Otis Timothy Big O Brister, the brother of Cleve Brister, passed away on July 22. He worked for more than 40 years in the culinary arts at various prestigious private clubs achieving the rank of head chef. He was an active member of the Jolly Five and Thirty Flat Social Clubs. His other siblings were Eugene Brister, his brother, and two sisters, Dolores Beverly and Rhoda Hawkins. Funeral services were held at the New Metropolitan Baptist Church.
