Cardin to Host Listening Session with Maryland Seniors

TOMORROW, FRIDAY, February 9 at 2:00 PM, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin (D-Md.) will join residents at the Charlestown Retirement Community in Catonsville, Md., for a town hall-style forum with Maryland seniors.
“Things happening right now in Washington can have a major impact on Maryland’s seniors, including the future of the Affordable Care Act, Social Security and the Medicare and Medicaid systems. Maryland seniors also have real concerns about the future of our country and standing in the world. That’s why I continually fight to ensure that Maryland’s seniors get the best possible treatment in our Capitol, and frequently seek opportunities to engage senior communities on issues at the federal level,” said Senator Cardin, a member of the Senate Finance Health Care Subcommittee.
