On Saturday the parade starts at 12 noon at 900 E. 33rd Street and travel along The Alameda Street to St. Lo Drive. The Festival continues at Lake Clifton Park until 10 p.m. On Sunday, July 15, the Festival continues from 12 noon to 9 p.m. at Lake Clifton Park until 10 p.m. The costumes are colorful, each one handmade and tailored for the wearer. As you see the designs are breath-taking.
