The Festival continues at Lake Clifton Park until 10 p.m. On Sunday, July 15, the Festival continues from 12 noon to 9 p.m. at Lake Clifton Park until 10 p.m. The costumes are colorful, each one handmade and tailored for the wearer. As you see the designs are breath-taking.
