Ricky D. Smith will no longer be the top official of the Maryland Aviation Administration and Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Thurgood Marshall Airport. On April 2, Smith will begin a new post as general manager of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
