Although many young Black women are thriving (more than 50 percent between 18-24 are enrolled in college according to the Department of Education) the numbers of them contracting HIV and being incarcerated are also on the rise. During our first hour we discuss the plight of young Black women in 2015 with four women of color, all leaders and mentors in our community.
