Giant Food of Landover Donates Thousands to Capital Area Food Bank
Giant Food of Landover, Md., recently presented a check in the amount of $149,908.94 to the Capital Area Food Bank at the hunger-relief agency’s headquarters. Through the Good Neighbor Food and Funds Drive, Giant customers donated more than $254,000 to support five Feeding America food banks in the Mid-Atlantic region during the November campaign.
