No. 47’s administration shelves Harriet Tubman $20 bill plan

The White House has halted plans to place Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill, reversing a redesign first announced in 2016 that would have made her the first Black American and first woman in more than a century to appear on U.S. paper currency.
